Coached and enabled team to work on end to end experiences with effective design collaboration.
Challenge
While my teams had their strengths, we had areas to improve as well. One of my teams was very motivated and had the tendency to say yes to everything that was asked of them. However, they weren’t really thinking through holistic end-to-end workflows. Hence, the experience was good only at the UI level so the design output had potential to improve.
Solution
First, I made a case for and added more resources to enable us to work on holistic workflows. Next, I worked closely with the designers to adopt a framework for designing End to End workflows. This required organizational learning, reviewing, and change management.

In parallel, I also worked with cross-functional stakeholders to educate them about UX and calibrate their expectations from the team.
I helped my team adapt to collaborating virtually instead of designing solo by motivating them to use the remote design sprint framework.
