H.E. Luccock has rightly quoted – “No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it.” I am a strong believer that teamwork produces better outcomes. So, I create conducive environment for collaboration and coach designers to do the same with their stakeholders. Personally, I collaborate closely with my team members, cross-functional partners, business influencers and leadership to achieve our goals together.

I create a safe space where people feel comfortable raising issues. I make sure they feel heard and can see the changes that have occurred due to their feedback. I do this by being approachable, establishing trust within the team, and hosting retrospective sessions.
