I am a design leader and UX enthusiast who is passionate about finding elegant solutions to complex problems. I build, structure, and coach teams to deliver on the business strategy through customer-centric end to end solutions. I am a firm believer in the ‘we over me’ philosophy and like to work closely with my stakeholders and designers. My background as a researcher and designer helps me apply the design thinking approach even to management and make informed decisions.
