My employee retention rate so far is 100%. It is of utmost importance to me that my team member’s career aspirations are met as a part of my team. For that, I work with them to understand their goals, create opportunities, coach them, publicly recognize their work and help them achieve their goals. I strongly believe in the philosophy of ‘I grow when my team grows’.
I make sure that my team has a psychologically safe environment and they are able to bring up challenges without any worry. I host retrospective sessions and make the team an integral part of my decision-making and team goal setting.

I believe in highlighting my team member’s achievements but shielding them from external pressures until they are ready to handle those pressures themselves. I am currently actively working with my management to identify avenues through which deserving employees get rewarded and retained despite the cutbacks due to Covid-19.
